Innovative Care, LLC was founded in 2005 by a Registered Nurse. We began our services with our Registered Nurse at the lead, providing care through the New York State Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver. What sets Innovative Care apart from other agencies is our leadership’s knowledge of home care services and the patients’ needs to remain safe within the comfort of their own home.
